The Centurion Concept Air Powered Helmet Respirator is a complete powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) with integrated helmet and face protection. Everything you need arrives in one box, ready to use. It is the UK's most popular all-in-one powered respirator system for tradespeople and site workers. It delivers high-level respiratory protection without the fatigue of a tight-fitting half mask.

This kit is ideal for anyone working regularly around harmful dust, fumes, or mists. Construction workers, demolition crews, woodworkers, and asbestos handlers all rely on it daily.

Key Features

Powered Air Supply The turbo unit delivers 200 litres of filtered air per minute directly to the headtop. This positive pressure design means no tight face fit or seal check is required. It is far more comfortable to wear for a full shift than a half mask.

All-Day Battery Life The Li-ion battery provides a typical 8 hours of use before recharging. It is up to 25% lighter than the previous nickel metal hydride battery. Longer runtime and less weight mean fewer disruptions on site.

Complete Head and Face Protection The safety helmet is certified to EN 397. It protects against impact, falling objects, and electrical hazards up to 440V AC. The flip-up visor is tested to EN 166 and protects against impact, liquid splash, and hot solids. CR-rated for use in low-light conditions.

TH2P P3 Filtration The included P3 filter provides the highest level of particulate protection available. It guards against harmful dusts, fine particulates, mists, and biological aerosols. This makes it suitable for asbestos work, silica dust environments, and general construction.

Lightweight and Practical The complete kit weighs just 4.8 kg. The design is balanced to reduce neck fatigue during prolonged use. Compatible with ear defenders for additional hearing protection on noisy sites.

  • TH2 – Powered helmet respirator, certified to EN 12941, providing at least 500 litres per minute total airflow
  • P – Particulate filtration; combined with P3 rating for highest-class dust and aerosol protection
